CH53 Sea Stallion
This is a large models that is available for gasoline and turbine mechanics. The tailboom section
comes installed, which eliminates a significant amount of time in the build but makes the shipping box rather huge. The
fuselage is well detailed with panel lines, rivet detailing but a creative modeler can add quite a bit of detail to this
model and still maintain excellent flying performance.

When you first open this fuselage, it is extremely well packed and everything
is wrapped in plastic bags and then the paper and styrofoam peanuts are added to protect the components. After unwrapping each component you start to realize just
how much detailing has been done to this fuselage. Major openings are already trimmed while the windshield,
upper & lower cockpit windows, pilot, side door and cabin windows will need to be cutout along with the matching clear window set. The fiberglass has excellent surface finish and the
parts are lightweight but reinforced in areas that will open or moved frequently.
What sets apart this fuselage is that the tailboom section is molded into the main fuselage. This greatly shortens the build but can be expensive in a crash. If you plan to use
OF's 4 blade multi-tail unit and 45 degree gearbox, then completing the tail drive is rather straight forward. Of course other tail drive systems can be installed with minor modifications.
There is plenty of room for nearly any helicopter mechanics, either gasoline power or turbine. Most of the photographs show the turbine model.
