one of his larger models that is available for gasoline and turbine mechanics. The shear amount of
detailing that is on the surface of the fuselage is impressive and only gets better when the first
coat of primer is sprayed and all of the details can be easily seen. |

The Huey is a favorite helicopter among modelers as it can
be finished as either military or civilian paint schemes. Made famous in Vietnam conflict, the Huey was the first helicopter gunship
that achieved widespread combat use, while playing a primary role as a troop transport.
 The UH-1C is a dream to work on, as the openings and windows
are large enough to fit your hands easily inside and there is enough space to add a completely detailed cockpit and interior. While each
modeler decides how much detail is added, our gallery section displays an awesome example of how much detail is possible.
New modelers should be aware that between opening your new UH-1C Huey fuselage box and finishing the model to the
level shown in the gallery can take between 3 to 18 months, depending on how much time you can commit to building
and finishing. |
