Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. All returns must be in the original unopened
packaging along with the original receipt. Magazines, videotapes and books are not returnable.
To return a product, call our customer service department at 650-851-9027 for a Return Authorization
number, no returns will be accepted without it. When calling, please have purchaser's name, invoice
date and nature of the problem available for our customer service representative.
If you receive a package that has been damaged during shipment, you must contact our customer service
department within 5 days of receipt to start the claim procedure to expedite a replacement package.
All returns must include the original receipt; the RA number must be clearly marked on the outside of
the shipping parcel. Returns should be packaged in a separate shipping carton and insured for the value
of the contents. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Fuselages
When purchasing a fuselage, keep all the packaging material and the outside carton as you receive it
from us. If you need to return the fuselage to us, it must be repackaged very carefully, inside the
product box and the outside shipping carton and it must be insured for the value of the fuselage.
Damage during shipping is unfortunately common which requires these special precautions to avoid
claims being rejected by shipping carriers.
