This lighting system is a great example of a common scale accessory that has been designed by a modeler for use in scale models. This deluxe
package includes the Xtrem 6 output remote module and the Xtrem 3 output flashing module along with 6 high intensity Luxeon LED assembled leads. Unlike
regular LEDs, the Luxeon versions are extremely bright and highly visible during the day, but even better near sunset and at night.

We are now distributing the Cine-Scale lighting system in the USA. Cine-Scale produces modular lighting kits
that are compact and can be configured for different flashing, solid and remotely controlled on/off modes. Some assembly is required to solder the Luxeon
LED wire leads to the matching leads on either the Xtrem 6 or the Xtrem 3 modules depending on how you configure the lighting on your model. The Xtrem modules
are not designed to be portable from one model to another. One model, one lighting system. Each module requires that the LED leads be soldier to it directly.
Experienced modelers may consider building a custom wiring harness by purchasing and adding their own connectors between each of the leads. This would allow
you to move the module to different models but requires additional time and expense, which might not be suited for modelers and you still need to buy the
Luxeon leads to construct additional harnesses. Cine-Scale LEDs do not operate using receiver power, due to their higher amperage draw. They must use a separate
battery source to power the LEDs which consists of a minimum of 6.0 volts.
The Xtrem Deluxe kit includes 1 x Xtrem 6 output remote module, 1 x Xtrem 3 output flashing module and 6 x Luxeon (Red x 3,White x 2, Green x 1) LED wired leads
that can be configured as up to 5 flashing and 4 solid lights. 6 Luxeon leads are provided but the lighting kit can accomodate 3 more depending on your particular
lighting needs. Solder each colored LED into the desired output on the module. The two remote blocks are normally used for White landing lights but they can also
be used to turn the Red/Green navigation lights on and off. The modules are designed for Luxeon LEDs and are not recommended for use with an other components.
