Credit Card Payments
While shopping on our online store or calling us on the telephone we accept Visa
and Mastercard credit cards. We do not accept American Express and Discover. We do accept debit
cards that have a Visa or Mastercard logo on the card and we can accommodate billing the debit
card over a few days if your order total is greater than the maximum daily withdrawal for your
card. Typically debit cards have daily limits of 300-500 per day.
Money Orders
For customers who do not own credit cards you can prepay your order by sending a
money order or cashier's check for your order. It is very important that you contact us first
before sending any money as we want to make sure that the items you are looking for are in stock.
Call us or send us an email and we will send you a quotation for your order, including any
necessary shipping and applicable taxes if you are in the state of California. We will accept
personal checks, however we will hold your order for 14 days before sending your shipment.
Mail, Phone & Fax Orders
Mail order is our regular business, you can call in your order, mail it to us,
fax it or send it by email. Please do not send credit card information to us by email, it is
extremely unsafe and dangerous. Similarly, if you are going to send money to us, contact us
first to get a complete quotation including any shipping. Orders receive without enough funds
to cover the postage, will be held until sufficient funds are received or returned at your request.
International Orders
All international order must be prepaid. You can also send us an international
money order or cashier's check. Again please contact us before sending any payments.
Placing Orders Online
On any page inside the web store, click on the "add 1 to basket" or "add 1 to cart"
buttons. Each time you do this you are adding items to your shopping cart. The shopping cart simply
remembers each item you are interested in buying. At any time, you can review the items in your
shopping cart by clicking on the basket link. Here you are able to change the quantity of an item
or delete it all together. You can then continue shopping or checkout. By checking out, you are
completing your order, selecting the type of shipping you prefer and the type of payment. Once your
order has been submitted, an invoice page will open that you can print out and you will receive an
email with the same information.
Shipping will be calculated on the physical weight of the package for ground service
or the dimensional weight that is governed by UPS, USPS and FedEx. If you are in the state of
California the exact amount of tax depends on your county and the amount will be adjusted properly
on the invoice that we send you.
